Boys in Wagon

The boys had a great time riding around the cul-de-sac in thier wagon, especially Henry. As you can see, the sibling rivalry is just begining....

cute pictures

Here are the boys in the tub on Sunday night. This is our usual routine. Of course it takes four hands to wash those dirty boys. So we have a great time with the four of us crammed together in the bathroom.

Quinn had to come home from school early because he had a fever. We stopped at the Dollar General to pick up some motrin and a "prize". Quinn picked out a remote control CAT tractor. His main interest is driving it off of his table to watch it crash. I am sure it will not survive tomorrow.
Though it is a blurry picture, you can still see Quinn uses the same old "fever face".

Sunday

Here are some pictures that I took on Sunday when we went to the Germanfest at the local Catholic Church. Just a few are of us there, the others are of the boys playing on the porch. Is that double trouble, or what?

What happened to the Dawgs?

Henry's First USM Game

Last Saturday we jumped in the truck and drove to Hattiesburg to cheer the Golden Eagles. With a cooler and a few sandwiches we were ready to go. Then the rain came. It poured so hard that we never made it out from under thent, not to mention into the game. But Quinn had a blast getting soaked!

Dolphin Opening Day

Here are some wonderful pictures of Henry as he begins his first Dolphin Football season with his Daddy. He is wearing the jersey that was given to Quinn by Uncle Kevin and Aunt Melissa two years ago. It is really funny to see Henry sitting with the same expressions as Quinn. (The first picture is Quinn)

On Henry's right arm you can see some remnants of his hospital stay from last week. Henry had a stomach bug and was throwing up pretty often. We went to the hospital after being admitted by the pediatrician. After 6 or 7 unsuccessful IV attempts, we decided to just watch him for a while. Well, he certainly learned his lesson because he did not get sick again. So Henry and Mommy spent the night in the hospital just to be watched. We were so grateful to get out of there. Now we are working on getting over being held 24/7. Henry is officially spoiled.....rotten, if you ask me.

Dawg Fan

Quinn's homework assignment was to wear his favorite college team shirt to school (they are talking about sports). Goldie helped us out with this one. When we say "Goooo", Quinn finishes it with "DAWGS!" So cute. We are working on a tougher bark though. Luckily we have over a week to prepare.

I know what you're thinking, "How stinking cute!"

Henry in his Bumbo chair. It might not look like it in this picture, but he really does like it. It is a great seat for watching Quinn run around and play.

Quinn in his new "big boy bed". While he doesn't like to go to sleep in it (usually he goes to sleep on the floor next to it) we always find him in the be in the morning- surrounded by toys.

Quinn is practicing for the olympic sport of "big jump". We gave this one a 9.
Look what Henry found!

Quinn helps around the yard

Quinn was very helpful yesterday. He helped his Daddy water the lawn and had such a wonderful time. What a little man! Notice his haircut? What an adventure. I took him to a barber for kids in Marietta last week to have this done. A dum-dum in each hand, a dum-dum in his mouth, and screaming! Thank goodness they had seatbelts in the chairs. Other than that outing, we had a great time in Marietta visiting with Goldie and Papa. Quinn is doing great in the pool! He really wants to swim on his own.
